Annual Technical Conference (Tues-Thurs)

Includes admission to all technical sessions from 24-26 October, as well as admission to the Exhibition, Oktoberfest Reception, Ray Dolby Ballroom Reception, and Wolfgang Puck Boxed Lunch. Attendees with this registration package will also receive access to download available papers and presentations from the technical conference sessions.

Tickets for Other Special Events may be added to your registration.

Annual Technical Conference Plus Symposium

Includes admission to the SMPTE Pre-Conference Symposium on 23 October, all technical conference sessions 24-26 October, as well as admission to the Exhibition, Oktoberfest Reception, Ray Dolby Ballroom Reception, and Wolfgang Puck Boxed Lunch. Attendees with this registration package will also receive access to download available papers and presentations from the conference sessions.

Tickets for Other Special Events may be added to your registration.

One Day Registration

This registration package includes admission to the Exhibition and Technical Sessions for the day selected. Tuesday registrants will receive admission to the Oktoberfest Reception. Wednesday registrants will receive admission to the Ray Dolby Ballroom Reception. Thursday registrants will receive a ticket for the Wolfgang Puck Boxed Lunch.

Two Day Registration

This registration package includes admission to the Exhibition and Technical Sessions for the days selected. Tuesday registrants will receive admission to the Oktoberfest Reception. Wednesday registrants will receive admission to the Ray Dolby Ballroom Reception. Thursday registrants will receive a ticket for the Wolfgang Puck Boxed Lunch.

Exhibits-Only Pass

This registration package includes admission to the Exhibition, Oktoberfest Reception, and the Ray Dolby Ballroom Reception ONLY.

Only one discount code may be used per registration on new registrations only. Registration discount codes are not valid on Speaker, Session Chair, Program Committee, or Exhibitor registrations. Discounts apply to registration packages only and not additional special event tickets. Cannot be applied to existing registrations.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellations made by 2 September 2017 will be given a refund, less a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made by 1 October 2017 will be given a refund, less a 15% cancellation fee.  No refunds will be issued after 1 October 2017.

If you cannot attend but would like to transfer your registration to someone else, this can be arranged with no transfer fee.  However, if the registration is being transferred to someone in a different registration category (Member, Non-Member, Life Member, Student) the difference in price would apply.
